Livescan Fingerprinting (Our Location or Your's)

Livescan fingerprints are an inkless, electronic system designed to capture an individual's fingerprint images and demographic data (name, sex, race, date of birth, etc.) in a digitized format that can then be transmitted to the MD State Central Repository (CJIS) for state background check processing. The data is forwarded to CJIS over a highly secured Virtual Private Network (VPN) and then processed by CJIS's Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS). Once received at CJIS for processing, the inquiry can then be forwarded to the FBI for electronic processing of federal background checks. All of this occurs within minutes and results in a biometric identification of an individual with little or no human interaction. Livescan can be used for criminal justice, government licensing, employment or other private use.

We can process your Livescan fingerprints at our offices or we can bring the equipment to you at your location for groups of at least 10 people.

Passport or Official Photos

Traveling abroad? Need to renew your passport? Getting a State License or Permit? State Department officials expect more than 17 million new passports and passport renewals in 2025, about 1.5 million more than in 2024.

Passport photos are also required for Maryland State Police licensing permits and certifications.

Come into our location to have your passport photo taken and processed within about 15 minutes. Our photos meet or exceed all U.S. Passport Office requirements for U.S. passport applications and most other government photo identification cards.

Passport photos are $10.00 for a set of 2 photos that are printed on high-quality photo paper. We can also email them to you for only $5.00.

Notary Public Services

A notary public acts as an impartial third-party witness to not only the signature of a document, but also that all parties who signed a document did so willingly and under their own free will.

Notary Public services are available during normal business hours.
Our Notary Services costs $4.00 per page or notary signature. *

What do I need to do to have a document notarized?

• Bring a valid (non-expired), government issued photo ID with you when you visit for notary services.
• Some documents may require witnesses in addition to the notarization. In most cases, the notary cannot act as a witness.
• Wait to sign the original document in front of the Notary. (No pre-signed documents will be accepted).
